Das Ribbelmonster zu Besuch...

...ich bin ein wenig genervt, also normalerweise mag ich sehr gerne Besuch haben, aber diesen...

Also, bei Ann habe ich den Moebius VivaLou von Birgit gesehen und mich sofort drin verliebt, also gleich gekauft und am Montag schon bekommen, HotSocks hatte ich auch da und die Nadeln schon gespitzt. Dann den Workshop durchgelesen und für leicht machbar gehalten und losgelegt, ging auch alles ganz prima, sah aus wie auf den Fotos und strickte sich flott runter...zwischendurch dachte ich dann mal, hmm, irgendwie scheint da eine Drehung zuviel zu sein?? Aber man kann das ja schlecht erkennen....dann am Donnerstagabend abgehäkelt und mich dann gewundert...ich konnte das Teilchen in keinster Weise in dieser Form drapieren, die ich aufm Foto sah...also frustriert ins Bett gegangen und im Schlaf weiterhin über Herrn Moebius nachgegrübelt...am nächsten Morgen sah das aber immer noch nicht besser aus, also hab ich kurzerhand aufgeribbelt...hat jemand schon mal Hot Socks geribbelt???*seufz*...ätzend, ich frage mich, ob man aus dieser Wolle wirklich Socken stricken kann, die dann auch in der Waschmaschine gewaschen werden können??

Well, I fell in love with a Moebius pattern from Birgit, bought it and just started after reading through the workshop...it sounded really easy...and I knitted and knitted...well I thought here and there that it looked a bit strange but as it was my first one, I didn´t know how it has to look...after binding off I saw that it´s done in a wrong way*sigh*...so I frogged everything, I knitted with Hot Socks Rainbow and it was really hard to do so...

Nun sah meine Wolle wirklich nicht mehr so brauchbar aus...aber da ich schon eine ganze Weile Handstulpen stricken wollte, hab ich sie kurzerhand doppelt gewickelt und dann das gestrickt und zwar heute beim Treffen mit meiner Schwester;-)) : Fetchings von hier...damit bin ich ganz dolle glücklich, bin zum ersten Mal ganz leicht mit einer englischen Anleitung klargekommen, habe zum ersten Mal den Daumen mit einem Extrafaden gestrickt, den man dann wieder wegnimmt und kann mir das nun auch besser bei den Socken mit nachträglich eingestrickter Ferse vorstellen;-)) Das zweite Paar hab ich schon auf den Nadeln;-))

The yarn looked really fuzzy now so what to do??? I wanted a pair of fingerless gloves for so long now so I decided to do "Fetchings" and here they are, it was a very quick knit and I am sooo happy with them;-)) There is just a second pair on my needles actually...it was easy to work with my first English instructions and I learned something new too: How to make the thumb hole;-))


Ach und nach ein paar mails mit Ann werd ich nun den nächsten Möbius anfangen, mal sehen, ob es mit einem anderen Anschlag leichter geht.
